"We start this programme with 'Breaking News'. At HP,S in room 8, some children have been spotted auditioning for a spot on Prime Time tv. These children did a brilliant job. John Campbell be careful, they are trying out for your job." "Back to you Mrs Cassidy".
"Thank you." Well done to you all. You did a great job of speaking clearly and it was great to hear you talking about all the great things you have been doing in class.
Kia ora Room 8, Wow! This is such a great news report! I love the green screening! (Thanks for teaching me how to do it!) I also really like that you shared information about different parts of the curriculum. My favourite was the time machine back to Egypt. It looks like you used a lot of different subject areas to find out information, how cool! I wish that I had thought of something as creative as this when I was on assembly - I bet you all had a great time doing it! My advice would be to keep practising those camera skills! Maybe this is something we could focus on next term? What was your favourite thing about presenting the news in this way? - Miss Morgan

Kia ora Room 8! We are from South Hornby School. We like that you have made the most of using a green screen. The news report style was a really cool way to show learning. At times it was hard to hear your voices so maybe you could speak a little bit louder. We would love to learn how to use a green screen.
